Why choose this cylinder liner sealing set?
Fresh liner seals are essential when overhauling a wet-liner engine. Replacing hardened or flattened rings helps stop coolant seepage into the oil, eliminates external drips at the block deck, and protects your rebuilt head gasket and bearings from contamination.

Installation tips:
Thoroughly clean the block counterbores and liner grooves. Lightly lubricate each ring with coolant-safe assembly lube before seating the liner. Check liner protrusion per workshop spec and always replace all four rings at the same time. Refill with fresh coolant and oil after initial heat cycle.
When to replace / Why upgrade
Replace during any liner removal, or if you observe coolant in the oil, external coolant tracks at the block deck, or unexplained pressure loss. New rings restore the factory seal integrity and help ensure a long-lasting overhaul.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
