This oil seal fits Bukhanka Classic (2.4L & 2.9L) and Hunter & 469 (2.4L & 2.9L) and is used to seal a rotating shaft in the drivetrain behind the engine (gearbox/transfer/axle applications depending on the unit). If you describe it as “rear of the engine area,” that’s often where the leak shows up, but functionally this seal is for keeping gear oil inside the transmission/transfer/drive housings where a shaft exits a rear cover or flange area.

Installation tips:
Clean the bore and shaft surface, lightly oil the sealing lip, and press the seal in straight and evenly. If the shaft has a wear groove, consider a repair sleeve or replacing the flange to prevent repeat leaks.
When to replace / Why upgrade
Replace the seal if you see persistent oil wetness around the rear cover/output area, drips after driving, or oil thrown outward near a flange. Renewing the seal during drivetrain service is a smart preventative step.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
