Fresh, correct-spec plugs improve cold starts, stabilize idle quality, and reduce misfires under load. Using the proper seat and reach protects cylinder-head threads and ensures a gas-tight seal. If you notice hard starting, sooty deposits, or hesitation, renewing the plugs is a fast, cost-effective fix.

Installation tips:
Work on a cold engine. Clean the plug seats, start threads by hand to avoid cross-threading, and torque to your engine manual’s value for gasketed plugs. Recheck after the first heat cycles. Set the electrode gap to the specification in your vehicle manual.
When to replace / Why upgrade
Replace if the insulator is cracked, electrodes are rounded, or the engine misfires despite healthy leads and timing. New M12U plugs help restore smooth idle, better throttle response, and reliable cold starts.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Costs

Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
