This gearbox & transfer case set fits Bukhanka Modern (2.7L) with factory ABS and restores smooth shifting and reliable torque delivery in one go. Built from OEM cores and reconditioned by specialists, it’s a plug-and-play replacement for worn assemblies on the 5-speed models. On request, we can modify the set for non-ABS versions (contact us before ordering).

Installation tips:
Pre-fill both housings with the manufacturer-specified oils before first start. Align the clutch disc with a pilot tool and support the gearbox on installation to avoid input-shaft damage. Torque flange and crossmember fasteners to spec and re-check after 200–300 km. Connect and route the ABS speed-sensor wiring away from hot or moving parts.
When to replace / Why upgrade
Choose this set if you have grinding between gears, popping out of gear, excessive whine, oil leaks at the input/output seals, or a failed/erratic ABS speed signal from the transfer case. A freshly rebuilt pair restores drivability, reduces cabin noise and protects the engine and axles by delivering power smoothly.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or custom-made, we will notify you within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
