This kingpin repair set (OEM 3160-2304019) fits UAZ Bukhanka (Classic 2.4L & 2.9L, Modern 2.7L), Hunter & 469 (2.4L, 2.7L & 2.9L) and UAZ Patriot. It restores correct steering geometry in leaf-sprung UAZ front axles by renewing the kingpins and bushings inside the steering knuckle assembly. Installation tips:
Raise the vehicle securely and remove the front wheels for access. Disassemble the steering knuckle and extract the old kingpins and bushings. Clean all mating surfaces carefully before pressing in the new bushings. Insert the kingpin pins with proper alignment and torque the fasteners to factory specification. After installation, check caster angle and wheel alignment, and apply fresh grease to all pivot points to ensure smooth operation.
When to replace?
A kingpin kit should be replaced if you notice steering looseness, excessive tire wear, knocking noises from the front axle, or poor steering return. Under normal driving, replacement is often needed around 80,000–120,000 km, but off-road or heavily loaded use may require more frequent service.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
